Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Aama lakshane, agnimandya, ajirna, asamyak mala pravrutti or sama vyaadhi avastha. Patients ready to take laghoo aahar for 7 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Gastric ulcer, Peptic ulcer, Age below 18 years and above 60 years, Bleeding tendencies, Pitta janya vikara, acute- active anorectal problems like piles, fissure
