Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 and 2 2. Age: 15-65 years of age 3. Duration of surgery:1-2hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA 3 and 4 2. Uncontrolled systemic ilness 3. Patients with history of drug abuse and allergy of study drugs

1. Total intraoperative opiod consumption. 2. Visual Analogue Scale. 3. Duration of postoperative analgesia. 4. Ramsay sedation score. 5. Modified aldrete score 6. Any Complications including bradycardia and hypotension.Timepoint: 24 hours
