Intervention1: Epidural depth screening: Sonographic scanning of epidural depth at four levels in paediatric patients from age 6 months to 5 years.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6months- 5 years, belonging to either sex. 2.Parents giving wilful consent for the scanning of their wards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Parents not giving consent for study. 2.Kids with spinal bifida. 3.Kids with vertebral anomalies. 4.Patients not able or advised not to turn to lateral position. 5.Agitated and un-cooperative kids. 6.Hemodynamically unstable patients. 7.Delayed milestones or Kids with developmental delay.

To observe the mean depth and orientation of epidural space in five age groups from 6months to 5years at four levels lower lumbar (L4-S1), thoracolumbar (T12-L1), lower thoracic (T7-T9) and upper thoracic (T3-T5) level.Timepoint: T1-At the time of scan

To assess the correlation between epidural depths at various levels with age, sex, height and weight of paediatric patient.Timepoint: T2-At the time of analysing data gathered from the ultrasound scan
