Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient age between 18-70 years irrespective of their caste, race and sex etc. 2.Patients having symptoms described in Ayurvedic and modern literature 3.Those having mental & physical fatigue. 4.Clinically diagnosed case of insomnia have been considered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged below 18 years and above 70 years. 2.Patient with known case of Diabetes mellitus, foot ulcer, psoriasis, any external injuries over foot and known case of any other systemic disease. 3.Occupational planto palmar diseases.
