Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1,2 patients undergoing Functional endoscopic sinus surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to alpha-2 agonist &β blocker 2.Patient with hepatic and renal dysfunction 3. COPD & Asthmatic patients 4.Patients with heart block
