Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Patients diagnosed as having Parikartika(Fissure-in-Ano) B. Patients of both sexes in between the age group of 18 and 60years C.Patients of Parikartika with systemic diseases like Diabetes and Hypertension which are well under control were also included in the study.D.Female patients with pregnancy will be also included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Chronâ??s disease, Syphilis, Tuberculosis and Ca. of rectum of anal canal. Chronic fissure
