Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having Interdental CAL is detectable at >=2 and probing depth = 5 mm in non-adjacent teeth with minimum one tooth missing. 2.Subject should not have undergone any periodontal treatment within the previous 12 months. 3.Subject should not have any sign of apical pathology 4.Subject should not have used anti inflammatory drugs within the past 3 month. 5.Subject should not have used antibiotics within the previous 6 months. 6.Subjects should be otherwise systemically healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Completely Edentulous patients 2.Pregnancy 3.Use of hormonal contraceptives 4.Smoking 5.Diabetic patients 6.Patient on calcium channel blockers 7.Patient on immunosuppressive drugs
