Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between 18 -40 years � General status: Healthy patients. � Maxillary first or mandibular first molars, Asymptomatic Irreversible pulpitis. � Normal radiographically-3-4 root canals, Straight line access, without any periapical lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pain ,on analgesics prior to the treatment, widening of pdl space ,impossible to restore tooth.
