Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between age group of 18 years to 60 years. 2.Patients were selected on the basis of sign and symptoms as described in Ayurved and modern classics. 3.On the basis of WHR i.e., waist hip circumference ratio- WHR >0.95 in males WHR >0.8 in females BMI i.e. Body mass index is equal or greater than 30 kg/m² (According to W.H.O. standards)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Patients who are pre-diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus (Madhumeha), Hypertension (Uccha-Raktachapa), Hypothyroidism. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients suffering from life-threatening illness (AIDS and Cancer).
