Control Intervention1: regular treatment undergoing patients of lumbar spondylitis: patients undergoing any type of treatment for lumbar spondylitis will be used in comparative group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre diagnosed cases of lumbar spondylitis. (max. 3 months chronicity) 2. Patient with H/O the onset of lumbar pain and diagnosed within 3 months with or without medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having chronic diseases.eg. Cardiac diseases, respiratory diseases, DM20, Obesity, TB or other bone or joint disorders. 2. Lumbar Spondylitis more than 3 months of diagnosis. 3. Person having anatomical deformity related to lumbar region. 4. Cervical or any spinal surgeries, injuries or deformities. 5. Pregnancy, epilepsy and any other serious systemic diseases. 6. Disabled and or mentally retarded person. 7. Persons who are undertaking physiotherapy treatments and taking muscle relaxant drugs. 8. Persons having H/O steroid intake, narcotics, accidental, fallen injury. 9. Gait anomalies.
