Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Which among oral clonidine and oral gabapentin causes a lesser degree of hemodynamic changes during laryngoscopy and intubation.Timepoint: Just prior to laryngoscopy, during intubation and immediately after intubation upto first five mins as T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and then at 7th and 10th mins respectively.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare side effects if any, arising due to the effect of study drugs.Timepoint: During laryngoscopy, endotracheal intubation and after endotracheal intubation at 1,2,3,4,5,7 and 10 mins respectively.
