Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of COPD according to Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease criteria and post bronchodilator results of spirometry of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity ratio FEV1/FVC ratio less than 0.7. Patients with moderate and severe classification of COPD ( FEV1 values between 50% and 80% and FEV1 values between 30% and 50%). Stable and ambulant. Patient with delayed heart rate recovery after 6mwt

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having unstable cardiovascular disease such as heart failure or coronary artery disease. Patients having pacemaker. Any musculoskeletal problem that would limit stretching. Patients taking digoxin, beta blockers, non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers or other rate modulated medication.
