Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both married /unmarried female Patients in the age group of 18-40yrs. 2 Patients with any 3 or more clinical features of PCO like- Amenorrhea or Oligomenorrhoea Anovulation Infertility (Due to anovulation) Acne Hirsutism Obesity (BMI above 25) Acanthosis nigricans 3 Along with confirmation of any one Polycystic Ovary in USG finding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from Pelvic/Systemic diseases like (Endometriosis, Hydrosalphinx, Fibroid uterus,). 2 Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B, Carcinoma and Congenital deformities. 3 Patients suffering from Cushingâ??s syndrome, Cardiac diseases, hepatic disease. 4 Age group 40yrs will be excluded. 5 Patients suffering from uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes.
