Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Permanent grade A nurses who were recruited in 2018-2019. Nurse who has undergone the induction program of the hospital. Nurses who handle and administer chemotherapy drugs in the chemotherapy area. Nurses who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All contract and project nurses. Nurses who are not willing to participate.

| To compare the difference in competency skills between the nurses of the experimental arm and control arm receiving standard induction sessions. To find the association between competency skills and the selected demographic variables.
