Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-menopausal women with upper age limit 60years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical Menopause 2. Diabetes Mellitus 3. Hypertension. 4. COPD and any other Pulmonary, Musculoskeletal, Neurological condition which may affect study outcome. 5. Women taking any form of hormone replacement therapy 6. Any history of smoke/alcoholism 7. Non co-operative patients. 8. Patient with any other contraindication of exercise testing(Sub Maximal Field Test)
