Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Minimum smartphone usage per day: 2hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neck or upper extremity trauma 2.Fracture or surgery in cervical spine 3.Students with any other medical cause or a known condition which could lead to pain in neck and upper extremity 4.Deformity in spine 5.Malignancy
