Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lactating mothers who delivered at term without complications having complains of deficient lactation infants crying just after feeding or painful sensation in breasts during the time of feeding 2.Baby age between one to six months 3.Baby weight not less than 2.5 kg at birth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of breast surgery 2.History of breast abscess breast cancer breast lump mastitis cracked nipples 3.Mothers with epilepsy psychosis tobacco and alcohol addiction 4.Congenital abnormalities in the baby 5.Patients on concomitant medications and oral contraceptive pills 6.History of systemic illnesses
