Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx 2. Karnofsky Performance Status ââ?°Â¥ 80 3. Patient fit for concurrent chemotherapy 4. Patientââ?¬•s willingness to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All Post operative cases of head and neck cancers 2. Cancers of oral cavity, larynx, hypopharynx, nasopharynx
