Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult patients ( > 18years of age) operated for perforation peritonitis with the intraoperative finding of duodenal perforation. 2. All patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients operated elsewhere before presentation. 2. Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 3. Patients who refused for surgery
