Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain Intensity of at least 3 on NPRS 2. Presence of palpable trigger points in upper trapezius muscle 3. Restricted /Painful cervical range of motion 4. Age limit: 19-45 years 5. At least 2 hours in sitting position for computer work or studying 6. Patient is willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of fibromyalgia 2. Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy 3. History of trauma or whiplash injury 4. History of cervical of shoulder surgery 5. Subject complains of other radiating pain
