Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1]Sanchyavastha- In this stage individual above 20 years whose life style is sedentary and taking madhur rasa , amla rasa , dairy products and snigdha ahar in excess and are in struggling phase of life. - BMI9 (Body Mass Index) should be below 25. - No Lipid derangement. - FBS and PPBS should be in normal range. - subjective Symptoms of Sanchyavastha as mentioned in Shatkriyakala 2] Prakopavastha- In this stage Individual above 20 years indulge in above mentioned nidan sevan or - having family history of diabetes mellitus and indulge in nidan sevan both and dealing with struggle. -BMI should be above 25 (Overweight) - FBS and PPBS should be in normal range. - Hba1c should be below 5.7 % - No lipid derangement. -Subjective symptoms of prakopavastha mentioned in Shatkriyakala 3] Prasaravastha- Pt indulge In nidan sevan and having stress. -BMI > 25 -Dyslipidemia10 (abnormal level of cholesterol and lipids in blood) HDL LDL > 150mg/dl or Triglycerides > 150mg/dl -Symptomatic presentation of prasaravastha mentioned in shatkriyakala 4] Sthansamshryavastha – (Prediabetics)11 FBS – 110 -125 mg/dl or PPBS- 140 -199 mg/dl or Hba1c – 5.7 – 6.4 % and -BMI > 25 and -Dyslipidemia -Symptomatic presentation of Roopavastha of prameha 5] Vyaktavastha – Pt suffering from diabetes from 1 to 5 years. - FBS > 126 mg/dl or PPBS > 200 mg/dl and Hba1c – 6.5 or above 6] Bhedavastha – It will be divided in two categories (1) PPBS > 400 mg/dl and - Duration more than 5 years (2) Duration more than 10 years and - Complications like nephrophathy , retinopathy, cardiopathy. To decide various stages investigations will be done given below- LFT (Liver function test) KFT (Kidney function test) TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) FBS (Fasting blood sugar) PPBS (Post prandial blood sugar) Hba1c S. Cortisol CRP ( C-reactive protein) Lipid Profile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria- Subjects of DIabetes Mellitus having any other additional disease [ Juvenile and Gestational diabetes,Gout,R.A.,O.A.,Tuberculosis,Hyperthyroidism,Hypothyroidism,pregnant,lactating etc.] will be excluded from the study.
