Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Males and female subjects • Age between 18 -35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current Shoulder and neck pain 2. Recent history of surgery or trauma to neck and shoulder 3. Any neurological dysfunction. 4. Any spinal deformity preventing scapular position testing 5. Language/cognitive deficits that might limit the informed consent. 6. Shoulder problems - adhesive capsilitis, shoulder instability ,impingement 7. Cervical spine fracture or spinal stenosis 8. limited range of shoulder motion 9. Scapular dyskinesis 10. People on strength training for more than 5 h/week 11. BMI above 24 12. Pelvic asymmetry
