Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed cases of IBS according to ROME-4 criteria 2.Patients who will give consent and able to do follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from systemic illness like Hypertension, DM, Malignancy, Liver or Kidney dysfunction 2.Patients suffering from IBD (Ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s disease), Amoebic dysentery, Intestinal tuberculosis or Intestinal obstruction 3.Patients below 18 and above 50 years 4.Pregnant and lactating women
