Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above 18 years of age 2.Admitted in surgical ward. 3.Patient with malignancy of buccal mucosa (local excision, marginal/segmental mandibulectomy, neck dissection) undergoing reconstruction 4.Patients who are eligible for free flap, pedicle flap, local flap. 5.Participants who are willing to participate in the research study. 6.Patient who can read and write English (OR) Hindi (OR) Marathi 7.Same participants fill up the questionnaire of English, Hindi and Marathi version after nursing counselling using standardized visual counselling kit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are diagnosed with malignancy of lip, oropharynx, tongue, larynx, glottis. 2.Post-operative case

1.Development and validation of a standardized visual counselling kit by the experts of head and neck surgery, reconstruction surgery and nursing. Timepoint: Before and after counselling using visual kit, patients understanding will be assessed preoperatively. (immediate after counselling)
