Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age â?? 18 -80 years. Should be able to read and write Hindi. Non-specific neck pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological, cognitive and/or psychiatric disorders. Pain radiating above the occiput or below the shoulder. Cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Peripheral neuropathy. Systemic disorders involving the skeletal muscles. Neck pain caused by a tumor, injury, infection or inflammatory disease. Immune deficiency secondary to other causes such as tumors, vascular or neurological disease inflammatory arthritis and a history within the previous 6 months of neck surgery or injury. Cervical spine fractures, or whiplash injury.
