Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years. 2. ASA Physical status I, II. 3. General anaesthesia duration of ½ hour to 3 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s refusal. 2. Patient with mental illness. 3. Patientâ??s age less than 18 or more than 70 4. Patient for which endotracheal tube kept in situ post-operatively. 5. Patient for whom General anaesthesia length was 3 hour.
