Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients within the age group 30 to 50 years Patient having at least one Glickman Grade II furcation defects in the mandibular first and second molars with >=3 mm horizontal probing depth Patients who had not taken antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs an within 6 months that may modify the result of periodontal therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Patients having habits such as smoking and chewing tobacco o Women who are pregnant or lactating o Mobile tooth o Endo-perio lesions o Patients with bruxism
