Determine outcomes in Saint George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) in once-a-week supervised outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation in chronic respiratory diseases in resource constraint primary care settings over a period of one year. 2. Determine change in 6 minute walk distance after one year of PR Timepoint: Baseline, 6 months, 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To study change in mMRC dyspnea scale after PR in CRD 2. To compare the change in fatigue score ( FACITver 4 )after PR 3. To compare healthcare utilisation one year before and after completing PR in patients with CRD in terms of 4. To study compliance of short duration supervised once a week outpatient PR. 5.
