Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients should be accompanied by their mother 2. Informed consent will be taken from the patientâ??s parent/guardian before taking the sample

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual should be free of any Systemic disease 2. Should not have allergy to any drug such as LA. 3. Should not be medically compromised. 4. Should not have any history of congenital and genetic problems.
