Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I and II patients 2. Patient Undergoing GA for elective laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA III or more 2. Emergency surgery 3. Patients with risk factors for aspiration of gastric contents e.g. Pregnancy, full stomach, obesity. 4. Patients with any respiratory disease 5. Unwilling patient 6. Patients with any chest deformity 7. Patients with history of chronic smoking 8. Patients with BMI >30
