Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female subjects within the age group 21-35 years History of upper back pain Primiparous and multiparous FTND and LSCS Women who are breastfeeding 6 months to 1 year postpartum females Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performing regular exercises of upper back Females who have skin disease or skin infection Open wounds Females who are hydrophobic Undergoing treatment for upper back and neck
