MeasureTime frame
Periarticular injection reduces the post operative pain in patients undergoing TKA, reduces hospital stay, improve functional outcome and lead to early discharge of patients from hospital. outcome will be assessed by using, VAS ASSESSMENT (1-10) LIKERT SCALE STRAIGHT LEG RAISING TIME(seconds) KNEE MOVEMENTS(degrees) Timepoint: at 12 hours and 24 hours after the surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
early knee mobilisation - KNEE MOVEMENTS(degrees)Timepoint: at 12 hours and 24 hours after the surgery
