Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient having signs and symptoms of Prathama and Dwitiya Patalgata Timira will be included. 2) The patient of age from 18 to 40 years. 3) Patient who have low myopia 4)Patients having a vision 6/12 or less i.e. 6/18, 6/24, 6/36, 6/60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having signs and symptoms of Tritiya and Chathurtha Patalgata Timira will be excluded like Linganasha , Kacha. 2) Myopia associated with other ocular diseases such as Cataract, Vitreous opacity, Glaucoma, choroidal diseases, Retinal diseases, Iridocyclitis, chorioretinitis. 3) Congenital Myopia, Pathological myopia and other types of myopia. 4) Patients suffering from infectious diseases e.g. tubercular infection, viral; bacterial or fungal conjunctivitis, trachoma and blepharitis. 5) Refractive errors like Hypermetropia, Astigmatism and the ocular pathologies. 6) Patients having known case of Hypertension, Diabetes, HIV, Tuberculosis, Rheumatic heart diseases etc. 7) Patients having refractive error more than -3D in both eyes.

MeasureTime frame
A clinical study to evaluate efficacy of Nimi Nirdishta Yoga in Prathama and Dwitiya Patalgata Timir w.r.t Simple Myopia. Parameter of efficacy will be visual acuity before and after treatmentTimepoint: The drug will be given for 30 days to each patient. The patients will be assessed before and after treatment with follow up of 15 days.The final assessment of each patient will be done on 30th day of trial. Total duration of the study will 18 months.
