Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having length of ICU stay >72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having acute coronary syndrome 2. Patients with acute burn injuries 3. Patients with terminal cancers 4. Patients on mechanical ventilation after elective surgery

To compare the accuracy of Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score with and without lactate as outcome predictor among patients admitted in ICUTimepoint: 0, 24, 48, 72 hours and 15 days after admission in ICU
