Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 6 months to 1 year post partum females 2) Females of age 21 to 35 years 3) Primiparous and multiparous females 4) Females with FTND or LSCS delivery 5) Females with diastasis recti >2 cm at 4.5 cm supra umbilical, umbilical and 4.5 cm infra umbilical level 6) Females with h/o of low back pain with minimal to moderate disability on Modified Oswestry Disability index 7) Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Females with h/o pelvic organ prolapse 2) Females performing regular abdominal strengthening exercise 3) Females having intra uterine device 4) Females who have underwent abdominal surgery in past one year except LSCS 5) Females with h/o of urinary incontinence or faecal incontinence 6) Females with lower extremity fracture
