Intervention1: Placement of symphysis block graft for augmentation in group I: duration 6 months Control Intervention1: Allogenic block placement for augmentation in group II: duration 6 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.The edentulous ridge 2.One to four missing teeth in maxillary anterior region. 3.Patients who are willing for implant therapy. 4.Patients in good systemic health and non contibutory medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1.Local infections 2.Uncontrolled diabetes (glycosylated hemoglobin level >7 mg%); 3.A history of radiation therapy in the head or neck region; 4.Current antitumor chemotherapy; 5.Liver, blood, or kidney disease; 6.Immunosuppression; 7.Current corticosteroid use; 8.Pregnancy; 9.Inflammatory and autoimmune diseases of the oral cavity; and 10.Poor oral hygiene and motivation

Gain in ridge width,height, and depth at the cervical level, the middle height of the defect, and at the apical level will occur in both the groups.Timepoint: 6 months	—
