Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age category (25 to 30, 31 to 44, 45 to 58) 2 Both gender 3 Ability to read and communicate in English 4 computer user 5 working employee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Known cardiovascular disease like diabetes, hypertension 2 Any musculoskeletal injuries that could limit sitting, standing, walking in treadmill 3 Known to have cognitive impairment, taking antipsychotic drugs
