Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status scores of I and II. Patients undergoing for elective lower abdominal surgeries like appendectomy ,orchidopexy and inguinal hernia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give consent ASA status of III or more Children with contraindication for quadratus lumborum block like distorted anatomy Infection at the site of injection Coagulopathy disorder Liver , kidney and cardiac disease assosiated Allergic to drug Patient with sepsis
