Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects undergoing all Anorectal procedures including Kshara karma, Kshara sutra application, LIFT technique for fistula in ano, fissurotomy, fissurectomy, IFTAK, Any procedure including Sphincterotomy. 2. Subjects aged between 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immune compromised subjects like HIV positive cases. 2. HBsAg Positive subjects. 3. Bleeding disorders such as- hemophilia, sickle cell anemia. 4. Ca of the rectum and anal canal. 5. Non cooperative subjects.
