Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients with 7 to 11 years of age present at the time of data collection with parents. 2.Parents consenting for their pediatric clients who are diagnosed with ALL undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric clients with brain tumors 2. Children with inability to see and hear with neuro developmental, delay, decreased consciousness.

1. To compare caries risk assessment score in pediatric cancer clients with game intervention and standard care. 2. To compare caries risk assessment score in pediatric cancer clients at baseline and after 2 months follow up.Timepoint: Participants will be followed up for one week, one month and two months for the assessment of oral hygiene status by using OHI-S (only plaque index will be calculated by using plaque disclosing agent) and caries risk assessment scale will be assessed on day 1 and after 2 months.
