Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with periapical lesions involving more than two teeth and 12mm in size 2.If the cortical plate is intact in CBCT, the lesion is managed non surgically 3.When there is cortical bone defect found in CBCT, the lesion is managed surgically or using de-compression technique depending on the pts compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periapical lesion involving less than two teeth and 12mm in size 2. Patients who are not willing for recall and review 3. patients with systemic diseases and malignancy
