Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I, II and Emergency patientswho are Planned for lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s refusal 2. History of allergy to local anaesthetics 3. Coagulopathy or Bleeding diathesis 4. H/o peripheral neuropathy 5. Previous femoral bypass surgery 6. Inguinal hernia 7. Local skin infection
