Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury following spontaneous/operative/Assited vaginal delivery. 2. Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury defined as 3rd and 4th degree perineal injury ( RCOG guidelines)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years. 2. Previous history of perineal/ pelvic surgeries
