Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with signs and symptoms of Kaphaja pratishyaya (Chronic rhinosinusitis) 2. Patients irrespective of chronicity will be included 3. Patients of either sex 4. Patients of age group between 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of any other systemic disorders that may interfere the course of treatment 2. Any associated conditions like Migraine headache, referred pain from dental pathology will be excluded 3. Patients with nasal polyps along with rhinosinusitis will not be considered for the study

To evaluate the effect of Vyoshadi vati in the management of Kaphaja Pratishyaya w.s.r to Chronic rhinosinusitis Timepoint: Assessment will be done Before treatment (Day 0), After Nasya (Day 8), After Treatment (Day 30)
