Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy elderly males and females of age range 60-80 years. Normal hearing and normal or corrected to normal vision. Ability to stand and ambulate safely and without assistance. Lack of reported regular exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medication treatment that could affect the normal metabolism of the musculoskeletal system. Fractures or surgery within the past 3 months. Medical history of neuromuscular disease like Parkinson, Alzheimer, Vertigo etc
