Interventions

Intervention1: yoga: There will be 5 Yoga sessions per week for 8 weeks. Each Yoga Session is for 45 mins: a) Asanas â?? Each posture is held for 5 regular breaths 1. Trikonasa 2. Parshwakonasana 3.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 25 years females. 2.Healthy based on a routine clinical examination. 3.Given consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Orthopedic Diseases or undergone any surgeries. • Intellectually disabled individuals
