Inclusion criteria: Term pregnancy delivering

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anemia 2. Coagulopathies 3. Cardiac, hepatic, renal diseses 4. Known conditions predisposing to atonic PPH like hydramnios, Multiple gestation prolonged labor. 5. Severe Pre eclampsia, eclampsia. 6. Previous LSCS
