Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Great saphenous varicose veins with Sapheno-femoral junction and leg perforator incompetence without deep vein thrombossis Both sex Age greater than18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated short saphenous varicos veins Associated pregnancy Patients unfit for surgery Uncontrolled medical conditions with leg oedema History of previous varicose vein surgery or intervention
