Intervention1: Peribulbar Steroid Therapy: 4 injections of Peribulbar Triamcinolone acetonide (20mg dose
40mg/ml) will be administered at an interval of 2 weeks (week1,3,5,7) in each orbit at infero-temporal and supero-nasal quadrant, using a 26 Gauge half inch disposable needle.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate-severe TED with modified Clinical Activity Score more than or equal to 4/10. 2. Stable thyroid disease 3. Age > 18years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes Mellitus 2. Tuberculosis 3. Cancer 4. Sight-Threatening TED 5. Mild TED 6. Pregnancy 7. Uncontrolled hypertension 8. Psychosis
