Inclusion criteria: Physiologically active with ACL + MCL GRADE 3 INJURIES (confirmed by mri)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skeletally immature ACL + MCL GRADE 1 & 2 INJURIES(MRI) With associated chondral injuries
